We are trying to change the laws on GPS stalking. In Minnesota, you have to go before a judge to even get a GPS device, and in Wisconsin, if you place a GPS device on someone without their knowledge, it is a separate charge of a crime for each instance where the stalker checks your location. We need to combine those two elements and pass a new, tougher GPS Stalking law! Click here to sign the petition:
